Payments are processed securely by Paypal or Stripe. Orders are despatched from the UK.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Packages will need to be signed for on delivery, and will normally be delivered within 2-5 working days from date of ordering (this may occasionally vary, for example at particularly busy times or during holiday periods. If you need something in a rush please check with us before ordering to make sure we can get it to you in time.)

International orders start at £8.95 for shipping and will take approximately 5-15 working days depending on your country.

You may like to give a work address if you will not be at home to sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Need something fast? We may be able to arrange Next Day Delivery - please Contact us before ordering to check if we can get your order to you in time. We usually post on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you have any problems at all whilst placing your order, or questions about products or ordering, please do not hesitate to Contact us, and we will do our best to respond within 2 working days.


We hope that you will be delighted with your Rosa Bloom purchase. However if you need to return your item for any reason, please notify us first here (you do not need to wait for a reply) and then send your item to: Rosa Bloom, Lower Shaw Farm, Old Shaw Lane, Swindon, SN5 5PJ, UK, including the completed returns form that was included with your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by us. You may like to obtain a proof of posting at the time of sending. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy is extended to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with all tags still attached. You can re-use the original packaging to send it back to us. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:  A Customs Form will be required by your country’s postal service for international shipping. When you fill in this form, PLEASE make sure that you tick ‘RETURNED GOODS’ (NOT ‘Commercial Goods’) otherwise we will be charged import tax on your return and will need to deduct this from your refund! If this option is not listed on the form, please tick ‘Other’ and write ‘Returned Goods – exempt from import tax’. THANK YOU! Please allow extra time for the processing of your return if you are returning items from outside of the UK.


Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.  It may in some cases take up to 10 working days for the payment to appear on your statement - this is to do with the payment processor and/or your bank, and is out of our control.  If there are any problems or questions that we have regarding your return, we will contact you by email.


If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order for the replacement item, and return the original item for a refund. If your item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will arrange an exchange for a replacement.

Late or missing refunds

If you have returned an item and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Make sure you are checking the correct account from which you made payment. If after 14 days you still have not received your refund, please Contact us.
