Rosa Bloom is an eclectic, playful clothing label, dreamt up in 2008 by designer Rosa Hirsch-Holland. Rosa's designs were borne of a desire to create pieces that are both eye-catching and wearable, crossing the borderline between costume and ready-to-wear.
The label has gathered something of a cult following through the travelling boutique with which she tours the finest UK festivals each summer. Now most well-known for her sequinned pieces, such as leggings and leotards adorned with her trademark over-sized scale-like sequins, Rosa Bloom's pieces also include an array of beautifully-detailed and tactile clothing, most of which is as wearable on a London street as in a festival field. Her twice-yearly pop-up shops are held in various locations around London.
Rosa spends part of her year in Bali, where she fine tunes her designs, and works with skilled artisans and tailors to bring her collections to life. For a glimpse behind the scenes of this process, watch this short film.
Rosa Bloom has been featured in editorial fashion shoots for Vogue Brasil, Vogue Japan, Schön Magazine, and Old Tat Magazine. She has also dressed performers and musicians including Jessie J, Andreya Triana, Tune-Yards, Goldierocks, Rob da Bank, Gemma Cairney, and Charlotte Church.
